Quality commitment in our hotels
The Buci Hotel does everything to ensure its customers’ comfort and makes a point of honour of meeting the following service commitments: smiles, availability, practical and tourist information, peace and quiet, cleanliness, good bedding and controlled quality.
 
The Buci Hotel has applied a quality system and is one of the hotels certified by Excel Place.
 
What does this mean?
The certification obtained validates the quality of service from the customer’s point of view. This tool is an addition to the number of stars, which does not judge the quality of service.
 
Service Certification is a way of verifying and certifying service conformity with the specific quality criteria demanded of 4-star, 4-star luxury and 5-star hotels.
Several steps have been implemented:
Checks on communication and reception (telephone manners, written mail; faxes, e-mails, etc.), certification audit – the criteria grid is reviewed in detail (more than 800 possible criteria, impromptu visits and control audits.
 
A new environmental aspect has been included in the system to increase awareness among the teams and customers for environmental protection.
